Transforming a tired, dated office into a modern, fully functional workspace required careful coordination across multiple trades and a clear programme of works from the outset. Working within an occupied building meant sequencing was key, ensuring each element, from the full rewire to the new WC, kitchenette and Crittal door installation, was delivered efficiently and with minimal disruption. The team's flexible approach also allowed for the addition of a new shower facility, accommodating a late client requirement without impacting the overall programme.
