Challenges & Solutions
Converting a commercial space to residential use in a listed area of Central London presented significant planning and technical challenges from the outset. A considerable amount of time and expertise was invested in the planning application process — working closely with the relevant authorities to navigate the complexities and secure approval. The installation of a full M&E package, including an air source heat pump and communal fire safety systems, required detailed coordination and precise programming to ensure all elements were delivered to the highest standard and in full compliance with current building regulations.
